Beth A. Silvers is an associate in the Bankruptcy, Business Restructuring and Creditor Rights Practice of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Ms. Silvers graduated summa cum laude from Transylvania University, where she earned a B.A. in Business Administration and received the Transylvania Scholarship, the Wall Street Journal Award and was named Transylvania's Greek Woman of the Year. She served as a member of the University's Long-Term Strategic Planning Committee, head advisor for residence life, president of Phi Mu Fraternity, Pan- Hellenic recruitment chair.
Ms. Silvers graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she was the recipient of the Bill and Marie Cull Scholarship and served as the Symposium Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.
Ms. Silvers currently serves on the Executive Committee and as the treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Southwest Ohio. She is a member of Taft's Professional Women's Resource Group and chairs a subcommittee for the 100 Wise Women program. Ms. Silvers is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and the Southern District of Ohio, and is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.
