In addition to her natural people skills, Beth Reiland brings to the Exeter Group a solid background in strategic technology consulting. As the Company's Chief Personnel Officer, Beth leverages her deep knowledge of the consultancy profession to develop and implement policies and procedures, help employees with professional development, and oversee recruiting efforts.
Prior to joining the Exeter Group in the spring of 2000, Beth was one of five partners at The Jacobson Group (TJG), a groupware focused consulting firm that was acquired by Interliant in 1999. At TJG, Beth was responsible for managing the success of the overall business as well as several large projects. Beth's achievements include the execution of an online system for academic journals to accept submissions and track and review manuscripts, a contact management system for financial services, and a publication system for financial services producing client research.
Before TJG, Beth was a consultant and project manager at the then newly formed technology consulting firm, Kenan Systems. During her ten years with Kenan, Beth focused on knowledge engineering, application and database design, and development.
A native of Ohio, Beth holds a BS in Mathematics & Economics from Wellesley College and an MS from MIT Sloan School. |
