Beth Renga is the vice president of staffing for Tekmark Global Solutions. As such, she is responsible for the staffing division's day-to-day management and fulfillment process for all divisions, as well as the growth of sales in the IT staffing sector.

Ms. Renga's recruiting team is responsible for the fulfillment of staffing and project engagements focused primarily on the telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. The sales team under her supervision is responsible for generating staffing revenue within all clients in the financial services, telecom, and IT verticals.

Prior to joining Tekmark Global Solutions in 2005, Ms. Renga held the positions of vice president and branch manager at a boutique IT consulting company. She has previously held the positions of branch director and sales director for the New Jersey branch of a global IT solutions and staffing firm. Her background also encompasses 10 years of experience as a senior account executive and recruiter. Overall, Ms. Renga brings more than 20 years of recruiting, sales, and management experience in IT consulting to the executive team.

Ms. Renga graduated with a bachelor�s degree in psychology from Clark University and a master�s degree in social work from Rutgers University.
