Betsy McCall practices in the area of trusts and estates. Ms. McCall's primary area of practice is estate planning and administration. She has implemented sophisticated and simple estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, insurance trusts, qualified personal residences trusts, and family partnerships. She has handled estate and trust administration involving both large and small and testate and intestate estates. She advises U.S. citizens and nationals as well as foreign nationals with U.S. assets. She also handles litigation involving estates and trusts, and has prepared gift and estate tax returns.
