Bettina Guevara represents financial institutions, asset-based and other lenders, as well as real estate developers, in the areas of commercial and real estate finance. She also represents corporations and other business entities in their acquisition and financing of real estate projects. Ms. Guevara is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she received the 2005 Public Service Award and served as an associate editor of The Business Lawyer. During the summer of 2004, Ms. Guevara worked as a summer associate with Miles & Stockbridge.
