Ms. Kelepecz retired in 2005 as chief of police, San Diego Harbor Police Department, where she was a key proponent of the Regional Information Sharing and Analysis (RISA) initiative to share data between various local state and federal agencies using Crossflo�s DataExchange platform. Prior to that, she spent over 23 years with the Los Angeles Police Department and was its first female commander. She currently is a principal in Public Safety Consulting, Inc. which provides consulting services to Crossflo in the law enforcement and Integrated Justice Information Systems areas. Ms. Kelepecz is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holds a juris doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law and passed the California State Bar in 1990. She serves on the Homeland Security Committee and the Criminal Justice Information (CJIS) Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and is a Past President and Charter Member of the National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE). |
