As Celestica�s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, I�m responsible for managing legal, governance and compliance matters for Celestica on a global basis. This includes managing securities and stock exchange compliance in the U.S. and Canada. I�ve also been very involved in corporate finance matters, acquisition activities, our geographic expansion and the diversification of our capabilities and customers.
In March 2007, I also assumed leadership of Celestica�s Global Human Resources organization. I oversee human resources policies and practices for the company, and work to attract, motivate and retain the highly skilled employees that drive the success of our customers.
I came to Celestica following a 13-year career as a senior corporate legal advisor in the telecommunications industry. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen�s University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. I am admitted to practice in Ontario and New York. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
