Bev Habhab has been in the real estate industry since 1982 when she earned her Real Estate Broker�s license and started leasing apartments. Within three months of being a leasing consultant Bev was promoted to Property Manager. Bev has been involved in every aspect of property management. She has worked both the Madison and Milwaukee markets extensively and has worked with every type of property. Bev�s philosophy is to maintain a good work ethic, surround yourself with talented people and work as a team. These strategies have enabled Bev to specialize her work in troubleshooting problems and turning properties around. Bev has a take action attitude and still believes the old adage that the customer is always right. Bev is a natural leader and loves to train people in the business. Her expertise and upbeat attitude has made her a very successful trainer. She motivates and inspires all who attend her training workshops. Bev�s thorough knowledge and love for the industry led her to Madison Area Technical College where she taught property management. Bev earned her Certified Property Management Certificate in 1996 and has been very active in both the Milwaukee and Madison IREM chapters |
