Biff has over thirty-two years of sales and marketing experience in the foodservice industry. In 1991 Biff launched his own sales rep business, merging B&L Marketing Group with E-Source Equipment in 2006. He began his foodservice career in 1974 with the family manufacturer representative business. Biff has in-depth expertise in commercial refrigeration equipment where he has become the E-Source back-bar and refrigeration systems specialist. Biff works with many large chain accounts and provides technical assistance to other E-Source representatives when and wherever possible. Biff is a creative, knowledgeable and a client driven sales professional. His customers reflect upon him as a problem-solver who is responsive and very resourceful. Biff with his wife Lisa reside in Dallas. Known for his love of music, Biff and his wife enjoy attending and supporting many of the cities symphony and concert functions. |
