Bill Carmicheal is the Executive Vice President of the Florida region for TOUSA Homes. Mr. Carmichael has been in the homebuilding industry for more than 25 years which has allowed him to be successful in all phases of the homebuilding business: construction, land development, design and sales and marketing.
Mr. Carmichael joined Engle Homes in 1990 as the Vice President of Construction. In 1992, he moved to Orlando to start Engle's first division outside of South Florida. Over the next 14 years, Mr. Carmichael built Engle Homes into the largest builder in Orlando and the division is widely recognized for its ability to respond quickly to market conditions and take advantage of new opportunities.
Prior to joining Engle Homes, Mr. Carmichael was an Area Manager for John Wieland Homes in Atlanta and a Project Manager for Perry Homes in Houston. Mr. Carmichael also spent eight years in the United States Army where he resigned as a Captain.
Mr. Carmichaeal graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
