Bill Carpenter was the original CEO of TEAL Electronics, which manufactures power conditioning systems for semiconductor and medical imaging OEMs. During his thirteen years with TEAL, he elevated the company from startup status on internally generated funds to annual revenues of over $20 million.
Mr. Carpenter has served on the executive boards of a number of other technology companies, including:
Gray Scale (process technology for semiconductor photolithography)
DriveCam (software/hardware for vehicle fleet cost reduction & safety)
Exametric (enterprise software for bank staff scheduling)

An active private investor, he is a founding member and leader of the San Diego Tech Coast Angels. He has also served on the boards of non-profit organizations such as the Chairmen's Roundtable, a pro bono consulting group, and the Young Presidents' Organization, an executive networking organization.
Mr. Carpenter's education includes an MBA from Stanford and a BSE from Princeton. |
