Bill Deckelman is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for ACS. He originally joined ACS in 1989, after being recruited by ACS founder Darwin Deason.
Deckelman served as ACS General Counsel and Board Member until 1995, when he then went into private practice representing companies involved in business process outsourcing and information technology transactions. Deckelman returned to ACS in 2000.
Prior to joining ACS in 1989, Deckelman served as an in-house lawyer and mergers and acquisitions specialist for MTech from 1985 until 1988. Before that, he was a corporate associate with Winstead, Sechrest, and Minick in Dallas, specializing in corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and technology law.
Deckelman graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1981. |
