In a financial career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Donovan has held senior financial positions in both public and private companies. From 1999 through 2002, Mr. Donovan was CFO of Streampipe.com, Inc., a privately held streaming communications media company, with principal offices in Alexandria , Virginia , which was sold to TENTV, Inc., in 2002. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Donovan served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for TDI, Inc., a privately held international wireless telecommunications services company, with principal offices in Atlanta , Georgia . During his tenure at TDI, Mr. Donavan oversaw annual revenue growth from in 3 years from $2.5M to $35M in 1999 and helped lead the negotiations for the $150 million merger of TDI with Enron Telecommunication Ventures, LLC. In the ten years prior to this position, Mr. Donovan was CFO, Treasurer and a Director at Riparius Corporation, in Timonium , MD. A holding company with operating subsidiaries in the real estate development, property management and general and government contracting field, Riparius had annual revenues of $200M and 500 employees. From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Donovan was the Controller for McCormick Properties, Inc., of Hunt Valley , Maryland , a publicly held commercial real estate subsidiary of McCormick & Company. From 1973 to 1980, Mr. Donovan was the Controller for AMF Head Sports Wear, Inc., an international sporting goods manufacturer and a subsidiary of AMF, Inc. Mr. Donovan is currently a Board Advisor for Nogika Corporation, a privately held software company. Mr. Donovan received a B.A. in History and Certificate in Accounting, from the University of Maryland , an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola College , Baltimore , MD. and is a CPA and a Certified Business Valuation & Transfer Agent. |
