In May of 2003, Mr. Fraser celebrated his 24th anniversary as a sales recruiter for Windsor Consultants Inc. "Bill" has as well, been married to his wife Diana for 23 of those years and they have raised two daughters and a son. Originally from the northeast, Bill received his Bachelors Degree in Business in 1978 from Nichols College and has been a past member of the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants Board of Directors. He in fact holds the record for most consecutive HAAPC award nominations, having been nominated and received an award every year since the Association's inception in 1983. Bill is a 15-year member of the Cypress United Methodist Church. He is an avid 7 handicap golfer and a serious collector of clown memorabilia.
