Mr. Holmes�s main focus is to provide JTSi and our customers with a high level of contract, financial and project oversight while maintaining the continuity of services throughout the wide range of JTSi information technology, engineering, and support service contract vehicles.Mr. Holmes possesses significant government experience and a vast knowledge of contracting and finance practices pertaining to both the public and private sector marketplaces. He brings to JTSi, proven leadership skills honed from over 30 years of combined government and private sector experience. Mr. Holmes offers extensive program management, contract management, financial management, and business process management expertise.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President of contracts, Mr. Holmes was the Engineering Division Manager and Operations Manager for Business Plus Corporation of Denville, NJ which was added to the Fortune 500 list as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the country during his tenure. Preceding that, Mr. Holmes had spent 13 years in Finance and Accounting as the Administrative Officer and 8 Years in the Procurement Directorate, both at the US Army Armament Research, Development & Engineering Center.
