William Johnson joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he worked since 1972. He is currently a Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Boca Raton office. Mr. Johnson is involved in the placement of equity and debt with investors represented by Legg Mason Real Estate Services. The investors include Life Insurance companies, Pension Funds and the CMBS market. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Johnson has been actively involved in the appraisal, finance, Leasing/Management and sale of Commercial Properties. Mr. Johnson has over the past 5 years originated 65 loans totaling approximately $300,000,000 in mortgage financing. Mr. Johnson is a licensed Mortgage Broker and Real Estate salesperson and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. |
