Bill Kessler has served as our Director of Finance since January 2006 and as our principal finance and accounting officer since July 2006. Mr. Kessler has over 15 years of corporate and Wall Street experience, working with publicly-traded and private companies in Israel and the United States. During 2005, Mr. Kessler served as a consultant to our company, where he spearheaded the process of listing XTL for trading on Nasdaq. From October 2003 until December 2005, Mr. Kessler served as a financial consultant to Keryx, and from April 2001 until September 2003, Mr. Kessler served as the controller of Keryx. Mr. Kessler holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and an M.B.A., from Columbia University. |
