Mr. McAleb has over twenty five years of broad based global energy
industry experience and has held executive positions with energy
advisory firms, energy development and production companies, energy
trading and marketing entities, as well as senior positions related to
engineering, construction, design , drilling, production and facility
operations. Mr. McAleb is a highly sought energy industry and markets
analyst and commentator that frequently renders analysis, opinions and
advisory on a broad array of energy issues to industry gatherings and
media outlets.
His practice emphasis centers on the delivery of actionable management
consulting, business transformation and strategic advisory services. He
delivers counsel in engagements related to enterprise resource planning
(ERP), strategic plan development, program implementation
methodologies, M&A transaction advisory, project finance support,
market development architecture, regulatory policy impact and contract
development and negotiation.
Mr. McAleb has LNG market experience relating to the analysis of
economic and competitive issues surrounding inter-fuel competition, as
well as direct LNG project feasibility study and project credit
enhancement experience. In addition, he is a recognized expert in the
design, construction and operation of a wide array of upstream,
midstream and downstream energy industry infrastructure components.
Mr. McAleb has also offered litigation support in the areas of issue
identification, exploitation strategies and expert testimony and has
defended positions during cross-examination on issues related to
taxation, prudence, production operations, tariffs, asset valuation, market
forecasts and competitive market restructuring.
