Bill McCarthy is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm�s Minneapolis office. He is an executive coach and senior team facilitator with over 25 years� experience in business consulting. He currently leads the firm�s team effectiveness practice.Mr. McCarthy works as a coach and communications specialist with executives from global organizations to accelerate the leadership development of their most valued senior people. He also aids senior management teams that wish to develop cultures of candor, innovation, and accountability. Mr. McCarthy has facilitated team sessions in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, the UK, and North America, for a range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector. Mr. McCarthy is an author and speaker on topics of leadership, innovation, and personal and organizational change. He is a frequent speaker at national meetings and conferences including the Kellogg Leadership Conference at The Kellogg School of Management and the Toronto Best of Leadership Conference. He also served as a continuing guest lecturer in the Healthcare Administration program at the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. Active in the community, Mr. McCarthy currently serves on the board of ArtReach Alliance, an organization that connects art and artists to the community. He is also a volunteer teacher in the ELL program at Neighborhood House, a social service agency that specializes in successfully integrating members of immigrant communities. Mr. McCarthy holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary�s University of Minnesota. He received formal Coaches� Training through the New Ventures West Coaching to Excellence program and the Strozzi Institute�s Leadership in Action program. |
