In addition, Bill is responsible for aligning the efforts of the Chicago-based technology and operations teams with the ShopLocal team in Seattle. With 16 years of experience as a software developer, and extensive experience in all phases of system development life cycles (analysis, design, and development of client/server systems) and project management, Bill leads a team with unparalleled skills in helping advertisers bring their brands to market through the Web. His work experience has been with Viaticus Inc,. and its parent company, CNA Insurance, as well as Abbott Laboratories.Bill received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
