Bill has extensive management experience in operations, information technology, project management, process improvement, profitability enhancement, organizational development, and mergers and acquisitions. He is highly knowledgeable about business and strategic issues, and proficient in the use of technology to provide effective solutions in financial organizations. Before joining Cornerstone, Bill was president of a regional consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as a senior consultant and technology practice manager with a national consulting firm specializing in financial institutions. He has held executive level operations and technology positions with several Texas banks, including the former Horizon Bank & Trust and First City National Bank in Austin. Bill is a contributing author to Cornerstone�s benchmarking and best practices publication, The Cornerstone Report: Benchmarks and Best Practices for Credit Unions 2006. He is a contributing author for GonzoBanker and CUES Tech Port. He has been quoted and published in numerous industry periodicals, including Bank Director, and he is an experienced professional speaker. Bill graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and he attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. |
