Bill McKie is Vice President, Investor Financial Services of SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. and is responsible for managing the repricing process, including property and portfolio performance reviews, updating underlying proformas, modeling, projections and pricing, as well as similar aspects of the initial investor closings of tax credit equity investments. He is also responsible for investor reporting, financial sensitivity analysis and other investor related matters having to do with dispositions of interest in tax credit properties, IRS audits, and other investor financial inquiries. Mr. McKie was previously Assistant VP of the Financial Reporting group where he oversaw and implemented multi-tiered financial reporting as well as ensured compliance by the local general partners with their lower tier guarantees and cash distributions requirements. Mr. McKie was awarded a Certificate in Real Estate from UCLA Extension with a Specialization in Finance in 2002 and holds a current California Real Estate Broker�s license. He was awarded a Tax Credit Specialist certificate from the Nation Center for Housing Management. Mr. McKie received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond in Virginia.
