Bill Morris joined the certified public accounting firm of Kafoury, Armstrong & Co. in 2004. A senior manager in the Firm, Bill�s areas of expertise include taxation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado. Bill is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPA's. Bill served on the Board of Trustees for the Delta Dental Plan of Colorado (a not-for-profit health benefit organization) for three consecutive, three-year terms. Participating as Chairman or Committee member on the Audit, Finance, Compensation and Investment committees, along with serving as Board Treasurer and on the Executive Committee. The focus of the Board was to oversee the financial soundness of the Plan, develop long-range goals and directives, and foster development of proper corporate culture and philosophy. Bill also served as the Treasurer of the Colorado-Wyoming Affiliate of the American Heart Association. |
