Bill is Executive Vice-President and a partner of Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. Bill has extensive experience in enterprise transformation, the fundamental repositioning of an organization to meet new market or competitive challenges. He has incorporated cultural change, leadership effectiveness and strategic thinking into enablers of significant personal growth and organizational success.
He began his career as a mechanical engineer with McDonnell Douglas. He joined Senn-Delaney Management Consultants, specializing in operational performance improvement in 1972 and became President ad CEO. Bill brings over thirty-two years of operational and strategic experience within multiple industries. He had responsibility for retail consulting with Arthur Andersen when the practice was acquired in 1992.
He has facilitated hundreds of seminars that focus on personal growth, team effectiveness and cultural alignment. He has functioned as a leadership coach to many senior executives.
He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson College and an MBA from UCLA. Bill resides in Carmel and Long Beach, California. |
