Bill Peters is responsible for the overall growth of Kinetix�s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Group. Bill has designed large-scale, customized and sold large-scale workforce and recruitment outsourcing solutions for multiple Fortune 500 organizations.

While serving as General Manager of Recruitment Outsourcing Solutions for B2B Workforce, he was responsible for the creation, growth and overall success of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice. Prior to B2B, Bill was a Solution Architect at Spherion, where he led the design and development of multiple workforce solutions for some of the world�s largest organizations, including Microsoft, Verizon and UPS.

Peters has spoken for numerous HR conferences, including the Institute of Management Administration (IOMA) HR Congress conference and the Sourcing Interest Group (SIG) conference. He is a member of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management as well as the Human Resources Outsourcing Association. Bill is also an active volunteer in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program of Metro Atlanta.

Bill is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School and a veteran of the United States Navy. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
