Bill brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Having started working for a system integrator in 1981, Bill has experience in product management and technology manufacturing in addition to an extensive background in delivering support services and solutions. Prior to joining Maintech in 2006, Bill spent the previous 9 years managing infrastructure and services within the financial services industry. He has been a featured speaker at IT service industry events and has published several papers on support methodologies. Bill received his BS from Upsala College and his MBA from Rutgers University.In his current role Bill is responsible for building the Maintech partner channel and enhancing the notoriety of the Maintech brand. |
