Bill brings more than 20 years of hands-on direct marketing, CRM and e-CRM experience to e-Rewards. As both a client-side and agency marketing executive, Bill has practiced his trade with Fortune 1000 companies in a diversity of industries, including the financial services, travel, retail and communications sectors. In his career, Bill has led direct marketing and CRM/e-CRM initiatives for many well-known companies, including AT&T Wireless, Bank One, Bell South, Blockbuster Video, FlashNet, Hertz, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Neiman Marcus, Norwegian Cruise Line, Trans World Airlines, Travelocity.com and UPS. A native of New York City, Bill holds an MBA degree with honors from NYU's Stern Graduate School of Business. |
