Bill S. worked for CMS (HCFA) for over 20 years in the areas of Medicare fee-for-service and both Medicaid and Medicare Managed Care. While there, he led the Medicare Managed Care Team at the CMS Philadelphia Regional Office when the number of Medicare MCO's in the region increased from 6 to over 25. Bill also worked with CMS' national office on four major Medicare Managed Care task forces. At PDM, Bill is responsible for advising PDM and our clients on all compliance issues |
