Bill Scribner specializes in implementing and customizing packaged software solutions, custom application design and development, and project management. In addition, he provides assistance to clients by recommending technology and management solutions to address their strategic business needs. Bill brings over 15 years of information technology experience, including significant experience in management of local and wide-area networks, supervision of network engineers and application developers, and in developing practical IT strategies. Prior to joining Sierra Data Systems, Bill held a variety of IT positions including MIS Manager for Castle Management, Inc. and most recently as Vice President of Information Technology for Prima Publishing prior to its acquisition by Random House in 2001.
