As Quest Software's vice president of research and development, Bill Stow oversees product development worldwide across the application, database and Windows management groups. Prior to joining Quest in 2005, Stow was a co-founder of Starbase, a development tools company, where from 1992 to 2002 he held several roles including Chairman and CEO, but was primarily responsible for leading the R&D organization. Over the course of his 30 years experience in the software industry, Stow has held management and consulting roles in companies large and small, in both the private sector and in government, specializing in driving innovation within large and geographically-dispersed development teams. He has a bachelor of science degree from Oregon State University, majoring in human factors. |
