Bing Zhang Ryan was born in Shanghai, China. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University at Chicago in 1996, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2003, where she received a Moot Court Advocacy Award. She also served as an extern to the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.
Ms. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant. She possesses six years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Prior to attending the law school, she was a Senior Financial Analyst with a telecommunication giant and an Accounting Manager with a start-up telecommunication company. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese.
Ms. Ryan's practice focuses on securities litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
