Mr. Swensrud has worked in the international telecommunications business for more than 16 years. In 1989, he founded International Technology Consultants, Inc. ("ITC"), a leading telecommunications market analysis, business development and publishing firm specializing in international markets. While at ITC, Mr. Swensrud advised such notable companies as Deutsche Telekom Mobile, USWEST International, Comcast Cellular, Global Telesystems, AT&T, Northern Telecom, Sprint and MCI. Mr. Swensrud was the Research Director for the International Communications Policy Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies ("CSIS") in Washington, D.C. In 2000 Mr. Swensrud was a Finalist for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award. Mr. Swensrud speaks French, Spanish and Russian and holds a Masters Degree in Science, Technology and International Affairs from George Washington University. |
