Blake W. Leis, the President and founder of THE LEIS GROUP, LLC, has been in the executive search business since 1986. Blake�s executive search practice focuses on top-level recruiting in the health care industry. His placements have included CEO and President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive and Senior Vice-Presidents and other senior management positions. Blake has successfully managed over 350 senior level health care searches during his career.

Prior to THE LEIS GROUP, LLC, Blake was a partner in a national retained executive search firm. He was a key contributor in deciding and executing the company�s strategic direction. Blake led and managed the firms� entree into the post-acute and ancillary service segments of the health care industry. As a leading revenue producer for the company, Blake held responsibilities including staff training and management, client development, search management, and search completion activities. An experienced business professional, Blake had a successful career in sales and marketing with a national HME / RT and IV Therapy company, additionally, he spent six years working in a large university hospital.

Blake received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a major in human resource management from The Ohio State University. He is known for building long lasting relationships with satisfied clients. Blake is an expert in consulting with executives regarding their own individual career management and growth. Blake is married to Leslie and they have a son. They both enjoy traveling and golfing in their spare time.
