Blayton joined Electromech Technologies in November 2007. Mr. Peach has attained 18 years of leadership experience in Quality systems, analysis, and customer improvement. His accomplished strategy incorporates the service market with a vision for enhancing business performance. With an understanding of operational strengths, Blayton has stated "Quality far exceeds the traditional departmental function. Quality is not true quality, unless it is profitable." Mr. Peach started with Boeing Aerospace in 1988; eight years later he became a Project Manager for BG Aero structures involving Dassault Aviation and Short Brothers of Bombadier. Mr. Peach was responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and the utilization of Cost of Quality techniques at Reliance Metal Center in Wichita, Kansas, and at Metals USA in Kansas City, Missouri, as the Midwest Regional Quality Manager. He also spent time as the Quality Coordinator at LabOne Diagnostics Operations Logistics. In 2003, Blayton joined Raytheon Aircraft (currently Hawker/Beechcraft) as an internal auditor and later transitioned to the Six Sigma organization, enabling process flow resulting in the reduction in quality cost. Blayton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Friends University and is currently completing his MBA at Webster University. Other accomplishments include a Raytheon Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and attending the United States Army National Guard Officer Candidate School. Along with his formal training, Mr. Peach has completed Juran Group Root Cause, Six Sigma Solutions DMAIC, and is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Lead Auditor. His hobbies include music and enjoying time with his family. |
