Bob has over twenty-four years experience in the public finance area with special emphasis on federal income tax matters. He also has transactional experience involving financial institutions, non-profit organizations, corporate debt, and tax-exempt bonds.

Represented state agencies, cities, counties, school districts, airports, utility districts, port authorities, housing authorities, housing finance corporations, higher education authorities, health facility development corporations, hospital authorities, transit authorities, and special purpose districts
Experience in obtaining legislative provisions, regulation provisions, and private letter rulings for public finance clients
Representation of clients in tax-exempt bond audits
Experience with all types of financing structures including derivatives and synthetic refundings
Served as counsel with respect to bonds issued in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia
