Bob Marshall, founder of The Marshall Plan, has an extensive background in the recruiting industry as a Recruiter, Manager, Regional Manager, VP, Consultant & Trainer. He started in search and recruiting on June 15, 1980 with the Management Recruiters franchise in Reno, NV. He participated in several superstar panels and was a Pacesetter in 1981 finishing #32 (out of approximately 1500 AEs) in the nation and #6 in the Pacific region. Weathering the 1982 recession, he ended that year as the only recruiter in the office. During his tenure in Reno, he was named Account Executive of the Month 16 times. Bob lives on his ranch in McDonough, Georgia. He has a BA in Political Science with a major in International Relations from UCLA in 1972 and a MIM (Masters of International Management) from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird Campus), Glendale, Arizona in 1975. |
