Bob has more than 12 years experience in recruiting and Placement. He has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services and government. During the last seven years he has focused exclusively in the accounting and finance areas, typically averaging over 40 placements a year. Before joining Baldwin Gilman, Bob was a recruiter with Deloitte, where he hired audit and tax professionals. He also had the unique opportunity to work on several national initiatives to improve Deloitte�s internal recruiting abilities. He also recruited nationally for the Deloitte Consulting Group in financial management, energy and manufacturing. Prior to Deloitte, Bob was a recruiter for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bob has a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University.
