Bob Crenshaw, President and CEO One of four enterprising brothers from Crenshaw, MS, Bob Crenshaw founded Go-Comm in 1997. Known as a straight shooter with a track record of several successful startups, Bob guided Go-Comm to profitability in under a year. Key factors for Go-Comm's early success were the achievement of operational efficiencies and customer retention exceeding industry norms. These achievements were made possible in part through internally-developed operational support system (OSS) software that managed and automated relationships with customers, distribution partners, and incumbent carriers - software later spun off into Exceleron Software, Inc., which Bob founded in 1999. Previously, Bob founded TARA Voice Systems, Inc., a successful developer of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems for banks, telecommunications companies, call centers and insurance firms. Widely recognized for his entrepreneurial drive and his ability to bring innovative solutions to markets in need, Bob holds a BSBA degree from the University of Mississippi. |
