Bob focuses his attention on investment and insurance company sales and distribution officers, divisional managers, and regional sales managers. Along with his deep industry insight, Bob utilizes his natural consultative approach to gain a complete understanding of the specific goals and pending issues each client and candidate faces on a case-by-case basis. Truly partnering with his client companies has been a key to Bob's success when assisting his clients develop dynamic and top performing wholesaler divisions.

Prior to joining the Vermillion Group, Bob spent 20 years with Principal Financial Group in Des Moines where he held the roles of Manager - Group Operations, Asst Director of New Business Development, Asst. Director of Individual Sales Development and Asst. Director Key Account Sales within their Financial Institutions Markets.
Bob also served as Vice President of Sales for Vision Investment Services, a third party marketing firm specializing in developing retail investment centers within community banks. |
