Bob Hurley, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for Sony DADC in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and strategic services. Mr. Hurley joined Sony DADC in 1989 as Regional Sales Manager. He then became National Sales Manager for the newly formed Sony Interactive Entertainment in 1991. He later advanced through the positions of; Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Media and Software Services. His advancement to his current position was from Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, which he had achieved in 1996. Prior to joining Sony DADC, Mr. Hurley held various sales and sales management responsibilities with Memorex/Telex and Nashua Corporation. Mr. Hurley additionally played professional football with the New England Patriots and the New York Giants during the 1979 and 1980 seasons. Mr. Hurley is a graduate of Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) and is on the board of directors of IRMA and a member of several professional organizations, including DVD Video Group. |
