Bob Kolt is responsible for managing new subdivision construction and improvements. In addition, he works with property managers, homeowners associations and architectural design review committees to ensure that builders and owners comply with the design guidelines that preserve the high standards at all Diamond Ventures' properties.Mr. Kolt attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and the University of Arizona, where he studied architecture and engineering.Mr. Kolt has worked for more than 17 years as a licensed general contractor and retail business owner. Before joining the company in 2002 he was employed by Diamond Ventures on a contract basis managing the construction, development and coordination of multiple luxury subdivisions. |
