Bob Kostelnik is responsible for integrating and optimizing the PDVSA and CITGO refining systems. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering.
Prior to being named to his current position in July 2006 Kostelnik was vice president shared services. Since joining CITGO in 1992 he has served as vice president health safety security of assets and environmental protection; vice president and general manager of CITGO's Corpus Christi Refinery; and general manager operations at the Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex with operations and maintenance responsibility for the Lake Charles Refinery and the CITGO Lubricants and Wax Plant. |
