Boris Ilyevsky is head of Business Development at the International Securities Exchange. He joined ISE in early 1999, and was one of the first dozen employees at the exchange, more than a year ahead of its eventual launch in May of 2000. As part of the preparation for launch and ongoing operations, Boris held several positions in key ISE areas over his four and a half years of service. These included roles in Marketing, Technology, Operations and currently Business Development and Education. His primary responsibilities involve daily communication and face to face contact with ISE's membership, acting as liaison between ISE's customers and the exchange. He is also involved in the development and implementation of customer driven system enhancements, representing the needs and wants of ISE's membership. Boris graduated from New York University with degrees in Economics and Politics. |
