Brad Haley was named executive vice president of marketing for Hardee's in September of 2000 and for Carl's Jr. in January 2004. He leads all facets of marketing including brand positioning, advertising, product development, merchandising, sales analysis, marketing research, pricing and promotions.
Before joining Hardee's, Haley worked as the chief marketing officer for Church's Chicken. From 1992 to 1999, Haley served as corporate vice president of marketing communications for Jack in the Box restaurants. While at Jack in the Box, Haley helped orchestrate the chain's recovery from its E. coli contaminated hamburger incident.
Haley received his bachelor's degree and MBA from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, Calif.
