Brad is a MBA and RHIA with over 18 years experience in revenue cycle, reimbursement, and Health Information Management operations and consulting. The application of this knowledge to health care providers has provided Brad with a solid understanding of the health care field and associated health information management skills requirements.

Before joining The Hutton Group, Brad assessed and worked with small, medium and large teaching hospitals to implement cost effective inter-departmental operational processes for their health information management services to meet industry standards, reduce outstanding receivables, and improve staff performance and intra/interdepartmental communication. In addition, Brad performed on-site and web based training programs on APCs and chargemaster maintenance; developed training manuals and presentation materials; development of multimedia products; and, conducted consulting engagements in the areas of APCs and CDM maintenance. Brad also directed the consulting and publishing staff for a large healthcare reimbursement publishing and consulting firm. Brad is a member of the American Health Information Management Association and has been very involved with the District of Columbia Health Information Management Association as a board member.
