As Chief Technology Officer for ShopperTrak, Bradley Oldenburg serves as a critical member of the executive team, charged with developing and driving the technical vision and execution of the company's strategic direction to further expand its position in both current and proposed markets. Mr. Oldenburg's responsibilities include managing a team of experts to incorporate hardware, software, and wireless communications into the company's technology portfolio; formulating and implementing medium- and long-term technology campaigns; working with ShopperTrak's product development team to ensure the company's technology initiatives are well aligned with product objectives; overseeing maintenance and upgrades of the computer hardware and network infrastructure; and recruiting and mentoring a team of top quality technicians to enhance the company's bottom line. Prior to his position as CTO, Mr. Oldenburg served as the Technology Director of Information Technology Operations for ShopperTrak. He previously was an Assistant Vice President and Director for the Aon Corporation, Consulting Division, and subsequently the Sr. Delivery Manager, Managed Web Hosting, for Computer Sciences Corporation through an IT outsourcing deal. Mr. Oldenburg has held numerous director and senior manager positions in the chemical, aerospace, insurance, financial services, and consulting industries. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Oldenburg holds a Bachelor of Business and Information Systems degree, is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University, and received his Masters of Business Administration degree from North Central College. He is active in coaching baseball, most recently with at-risk youth through the Wayside Cross Ministries and the East Aurora Neighborhood Baseball League. Mr. Oldenburg resides in Naperville, Illinois with his wife, son and daughter. |
