As senior vice president of services, Mr. Rucker is responsible for all SunGard Higher Education professional services. Mr. Rucker�s teams provide services to maximize operational efficiencies, enhance communication and collaboration, and facilitate learning at colleges and universities around the world. Mr. Rucker joined SunGard Higher Education in 2004 from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY), where he was most recently vice president for technology services delivery. In this capacity, he was responsible for over 1,100 technology professionals performing work on SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft packages; custom development; systems integration services; and consulting. Prior to CGEY, Mr. Rucker was with EDS for more than 20 years. At EDS, he held positions such as Deputy CIO for EDS Worldwide and Executive Director, EDS Blueprint/Digital Enablement, which included more than 2,500 people globally deployed. |
