Brad has more than twenty years of experience in public accounting. He has provided tax and business advisory services to public companies and to private companies and their owners in a variety of industries. These engagements have been in the fields of technology, consumer products, financial services and real estate. Brad has extensive experience assisting companies with their domestic and international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, financing alternatives and other entrepreneurial business issues. He has worked with businesses and individuals to bring new ideas and consistency in delivering tax services, including identification of tax savings opportunities and mitigation of tax risk. He also has substantial experience in helping businesses ensure that their tax planning is strategic and advantageous. In addition, he has assisted companies with the rules of FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes. Prior to joining our firm, Brad was a tax partner with Ernst & Young providing tax services to large and small public and private companies. |
