Brad Allen is vice president of Investor Relations for Imation. Brad has guided Imation's investor relations function since the company's spin-off from 3M, helping position the company and build relationships with industry and financial analysts and investors. In 1998, he assumed additional responsibility for corporate communications.
In his current position, Brad is responsible for Imation's investor relations and all corporate communications, including public relations, internal communications, community affairs, and brand development.
Brad brings two decades of high-tech investor relations experience to Imation. Prior to Imation's spin-off from 3M, Brad held the senior investor relations position at Cray Research, which was acquired by Silicon Graphics. He previously headed the investor relations function at Digital Equipment Corporation in Massachusetts. He served as chairman of the National Investor Relations Institute, a professional association for Investor Relations officers. Brad was also a Founding Editorial Board Member for Investor Relations Quarterly.
Brad holds a BA from Ohio State University, a Masters degree in Journalism from Boston University, and a Masters degree in Finance from Boston College. |
