Bradley E. Dillon Brad is a member of the Regulatory and Administrative group and is a Certified Risk Manager. He represents businesses in dealing with state, local and federal agencies in securing permits and maintaining compliance with those permits, in the areas of air emissions, hazardous waste and water, including developments associated with wetlands and flood plain areas. Brad has been active in assisting clients in the redevelopment of Brownfield properties, particularly in advising clients on the development of risk management strategies, including the use of environmental insurance, to aid in redevelopment and protect a company's assets.
